At Asian Bazar, we strive to provide high-quality groceries and daily essentials. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Fresh Items

Fresh products such as:

  • Fruits

  • Vegetables

  • Dairy Products

  • Bakery Items

  • Other Perishable Goods

may be returned only at the time of delivery if the quality, freshness, or condition of the product is not satisfactory.

Once the delivery has been accepted and the delivery personnel has left the delivery location, returns for fresh and perishable items will not be accepted.

2. Packed and Non-Perishable Items

Packaged groceries, food products, and other non-perishable items may be returned within 48 hours of delivery provided that:

  • The product remains unused.

  • The original packaging is intact.

  • The seal is unbroken.

  • The item is in resalable condition.

Asian Bazar reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used packaged products

  • Damaged products caused by customer misuse

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products returned after the applicable return period

4. Refund Process

Once a return request is approved:

  • The refund amount will be credited to the customer’s Asian Bazar In-App Wallet.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours of approval.

  • Wallet credits can be used for future purchases on the Asian Bazar platform.

No cash refunds or direct bank transfers will be provided unless required by applicable law.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with relevant details and photographs (if applicable). We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
