  • Fresh produce may vary in size, shape, or appearance.

  • Pricing errors may occasionally occur due to technical or human errors.

If a pricing error is identified after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

4. Orders and Payments

We accept various payment methods, including:

  • Debit Cards

  • Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (where available)

Asian Bazar does not store sensitive payment information such as card numbers, CVV codes, or banking passwords.

5. Delivery Services

Delivery services are available only in selected serviceable locations.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary due to:

If a customer is unavailable at the delivery address, additional delivery attempts may be subject to operational policies.

6. Returns and Refunds

Fresh Items

Fresh products such as fruits, vegetables, dairy, and bakery items may be returned only at the time of delivery if their quality is unsatisfactory.

Packed Items

Sealed packaged products may be returned within 48 hours of delivery if unopened and in their original condition.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to the user's Asian Bazar Wallet within 24 hours of approval.

7. Asian Bazar Wallet

Asian Bazar may provide wallet credits, cashback rewards, promotional benefits, or loyalty rewards.

Wallet balances:

  • Can be used for eligible purchases on Asian Bazar.

  • Are non-transferable.

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by applicable law.

  • May be subject to promotional terms and expiry conditions.

Asian Bazar reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional programs at any time.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

  • Create fraudulent or duplicate accounts.

  • Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the platform.

  • Interfere with platform operations or security systems.

  • Submit false orders, payment claims, or refund requests.

  • Misrepresent Asian Bazar services to others.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

Our maximum liability relating to any order shall not exceed the value of the affected order.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

Asian Bazar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Threaten the safety of staff, delivery personnel, or customers.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where Asian Bazar's principal place of business is located.
